1. Vehicle Condition & Auction Sheets
All vehicles are sold based on the condition reported in the auction sheet and verified by our team at the time of inspection. While we take every precaution to confirm accuracy, JAPEX Global is not responsible for hidden defects that were not identifiable at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payments
All quoted prices include vehicle cost, shipping, and applicable duties unless stated otherwise. Full or partial payment is required before we proceed with bidding or shipping, as outlined in your specific order agreement.

3. Bidding & Purchase Confirmation
Once a bid is placed and won on your behalf, the purchase is considered final. JAPEX Global is not liable for unsuccessful bids due to auction house policies, competing bids, or last-minute price changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors like customs processing, port availability, and weather conditions beyond our control.

5. Customs & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets the import regulations of their destination country. JAPEX Global provides necessary documentation but does not guarantee customs clearance in every jurisdiction.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after a successful bid may be subject to non-refundable auction fees. Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability
JAPEX Global is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by third parties, including shipping carriers, customs authorities, or auction houses, once the vehicle has left our direct control.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms
